We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Only products returned in perfect condition, free from pet hair and in their original packaging will be refunded or exchanged. Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 5 working days from when we have received your products. It can take up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@heyyoupups.com. All customers are responsible for return shipping costs, we suggest using a tracked service. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you received a free gift with your order, please remember to send this back also otherwise it will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
